Here you can get a LIVE INSTANT PREVIEW of your name/word/phrase in the font choices we provide. Before you begin here, please review the listing notes and it’s photos in it’s entirety. Then, you can acquaint yourself with the Font Preview Tool and read the notes/steps below to help your ordering process. This tool is NOT part of Etsy or affiliated with Etsy in any way. This tool was designed for AnneLayne clients to elevate our already outstanding customer service. By following the instructions below as well as the interactive pages, it will give you some incite on my design process and simply redirect you BACK to a Generic Etsy listing where you will make your selections to purchase and assist your notes at checkout with our copy/paste feature.

- Type Your Name/Word/Phrase in the Appropriate Field…Single Name/Word CURSIVE Letter Fonts or BLOCK Letter Fonts — OR — Phrase (Single Name/Word will not allow spaces)
- Select the Material…Wood — OR — Metal With or Without a Specific Finish
- Select Your Desired Font Name and Watch Your Name Transform (Some Fonts will take a Couple Seconds to Populate)
- Select Your Desired Height (H)…even values from 6”H to 20”H is our range. You may find increments of 5” for Block Letter Fonts, however. If the price says NA for a certain combination of Height and No. of Letters, that means we do not offer this in the listing to purchase.
- Click ’Calculate Width Values…’
- The Tool will Display Your Name/Word/Phrase in the Selected Font, and Provide You with the Number of Letters, Approximate Width Range (W) , Average Width (W), and the Price (before discounts) as shown on Etsy for Your Selected Height (H). — ALL punctuation types are considered in the letter count. —
- Once You have Found the Selections that will Fit Your Project, Click ’Select This One & Review Ordering Instructions’ to help guide your order on Etsy.
- At the top of this next page, you will see all the information for your selections and the image of your name/word again with a couple radio buttons to select to help direct my design process. As you scroll down, this next page also gives detailed information on ORDERING via ETSY as well as incite into my design process that you will want to be aware.
- Phrase orders are made via the same method as Single Name/Word, ordering all words individually and at the same height. The phrase section below is there for your fun only. Please see the instructions for Phrase Ordering once you click ’Select This One…’
- Please make sure to ’Copy to Clipboard…’ for EACH word and paste to your Etsy Cart Notes. I will need this information to design your name(s) / word / phrase. You can also take screen shots and send them via messaging if your copy/paste is not working on your device. As long as you AT LEAST click ’Copy to Clipboard…’ for EACH name/word you order, my tool will send me an email with your selections.
- If I sent you here to select a font, you do not need to click ’Select This One…’. I just need you to tell me your font choice after you play in the Font Playground below:)
- Fonts at the top with an asterisk ’*’ are the MOST POPULAR.
- If you need it to fit within a hula hoop, the font preview tool will give you the Average Width at the Height you select. Once you are satisfied that the Average Width from the tool is close to your hula hoop diameter, paste the notes from the tool into the Personalization area in the Etsy listing. Then, in the notes at checkout, let me know how big your hula hoop is, and I will make sure to design your name to fit within your hula hoop’s diameter. It is super easy for me to do, and I can absolutely accommodate your request!
